Our tournaments include a Main Flight and a Consolation Flight, guaranteeing everyone who enters at least two 5-point matches. Time constraints don’t allow for a progressive consolation format, so only first-round losers go to the Consolation Flight. Unlimited (Money Game) One of the decisions we often face is deciding when to run the back checker. Here is a little problem taken from an article by Mary Hickey that requires you to make a stay or go decision.
Due to Rounding Third running a Brewers shuttle we will have to start later on Wednesdays when the Brewers have a night home game. The first one is this Wednesday, 4/20. We will not start tournament play until 7:15, please come by 7 so we can get everyone entered and start promptly.
One of the things we have noticed is that newer players often struggle with playing the opening roll.
